If you are a looking for a custom home design, here’s what you can expect from us: fair, honest pricing for an expertly designed home that’s beautiful and personalized for your wants and needs.
Client Drawing Package & Fee Schedule
Drawings are billed at 70¢ per square foot of the total area. Drawings are provided either in PDF format or 24” x 36” paper copies.
Getting Started
A $500 down payment is required to start the project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. For multi-story homes, the square footage is calculated by adding the foundation square footage to each additional floor’s square footage.
