The internet is full of floor plans for a prospective homeowner. It’s often helpful to see how other houses have been designed to get an idea of what works well for you and what doesn’t. If you’ve found a set of plans you like, bring them in and we’ll start the floor plan design process.

If you prefer to start from scratch, it’s helpful to have an inspiration board, which is a physical or digital collage of ideas that appeal to you.

Designing a home and creating a floor plan is a fluid process. There will likely be many rounds of changes but our goal is to design a home that you love — one that speaks to you.

Certain interior design choices may impact the front elevation, which is is a straight-on view of the house as if you were looking at it from a spot on the front yard. We’ll go over best practices to design a home with beautiful curb appeal that it can be built efficiently.
